Commission by Swiss architect Guillaume Burri to design the interior of two rental apartments in an old glass-brick factory.
Space saving furniture made from oiled timber panelling which create a contrast with the white volumes of the interiors.
Including functions needed in a living space: stairs, storage, kitchen, etc. On the top floor, a wide desk in the bedroom extends through an opening in the wall to create a window connected with the living room.
In the smaller rooms, the system is adapted to create a small desk, a wardrobe and shelves.
The old factory is located in Eclepens, a small industrial village in the region of Lake Geneva, surrounded by the Swiss countryside.
